Every G-Craft aluminium boat is designed, welded and assembled in the Netherlands by a small team of specialists who know each hull like a fingerprint.
CAD Engineering
Every hull begins as a fully parametric 3D model. Structural analysis is performed on every frame before a single sheet is cut.
CNC Milling
Every aluminium plate is CNC-milled with precision, leaving virtually no heat-affected zone. The material keeps its full strength, with no distortion caused by heat.
Welding
Certified welders join every seam with continuous MIG & TIG welds. All outside and visible welds are done with TIG welding. Every joint is inspected before it leaves the jig.
Assembly
Hull, deck, console and hardware come together in our Netherlands facility. Rigorously checked at every stage.
Quality Control
Structural, watertight and functional testing follows a strict protocol before any boat leaves the yard.
Final Inspection
Every boat gets a personal handover, sea trial and full documentation before delivery.
